Buyer reviewAs first time home buyers, the whole process seemed overwhelming. Jerry and Deb were excellent to work with, and made everything go smoothly! Jerry was very knowledgeable and honest, while still being approachable. Deb was very helpful and flexible in showing us properties. We would highly recommend Jerry and the team at Century 21.

His understanding of the customers needs, how to relate and speak with them is fantastic but better then all of that is his ability to go above and beyond to make sure all the needs are met of the customer while getting the deal done. I would not have been able to make the purchase of my last 2 houses if it was not for Jerry and his work ethic. From getting me a showing and and P&S all on a Labor Day Sunday to getting my hose under contract with multiple offers in less then 48hrs so that I could purchase my new house.

Seller reviewThe contacts and knowledge Jerry used after a problem with the appraisal proved to be invaluable to facilitate the sale. He addressed an zoning paperwork issue in one day that could have cost us the sale. A newer agent, or one from out of town could never have pulled that off.
