When I came to Jerry Tatlock to be my agent for the sale, I knew I was getting someone with great experience and knowledge of the area as he had sold the house to me two years earlier. Throughout the whole process, Jerry was prompt with communication by phone, text, and email, and he gave great guidance with regards to offers I was receiving and managing my expectations. Once we were under agreement, Jerry went the extra mile by coordinating contractors for appraisal approval, even spending his Memorial Day weekend coming to the house to work with the contractors to get work done. And then in the last day of clean up as I was cleaning out the house, i was injured; Jerry stepped up and personally finished cleaning the house out with help from his coworker and managed to keep the closing on time. If you are buying or selling in the South Berwick area, it would be a mistake to work with anyone other than Century 21/Jerry Tatlock in my opinion; the care, execution, and work ethic are second to none.

Jerry sold us this house 23 years ago. We were impressed then. About a year before we sold, we approached Jerry and got good guidance. We held an open house on Saturday and had mutiple over asking offers in hand. Our asking price was right and Kerry's judgement was excellent. Highly recommend!
