Seller reviewJerry and I met over summer to discuss an evaluation and discussion for the property value. He laid out a detailed sales process and followed through. When we were ready to sell we reconnected and began to execute the plan. We listed on a Thursday and by the end of the weekend we had so many showings and offers we decided to field offers and by the end of the weekend we had a deal. The process went as planned and I was very pleased with the entire sales process.
