However, Jerry's professionalism and knowledge made the process much easier. We were able to "visit" many homes through virtual platforms, comfortable in trusting Jerry's feedback in this important process. He was patient with all questions and took the time to discuss any concerns. Jerry was extremely responsive, answering all calls, texts and emails quickly and efficiently.
