We were first time homebuyers with very little knowledge of what it meant to buy a home. Our friends had used Jerry when they were also first time home buyers and were extremely satisfied with their home buying process with him. Being first time home buyers, we didn't know very much about how the process worked. We were full of questions and Jerry never minded answering any of them for us. He gave us his best input from both his personal and professional standpoints Jerry was so incredibly honest, personable, knowledgeable, timely, and best of all he was approachable. He was confident as a real estate agent, which was important to us as naive first time home buyers. He never left us guessing, made us feel so comfortable and confident and we felt like we had known him for years. The home buying process is always made out to be incredibly daunting and dreadful. While it may have been with the bank, Jerry made our home buying process a breeze. We actually joked that we liked Jerry so much that we were sad to have actually bought a house and part ways with him! We look forward to having him sell us a house in the future.

Jerrold Thompson II has been a perfect friend through this whole process and prior situations. He has helped on parts of the process that realtors do not normally perform, and his knowledge was very important. He has worked with us for a while on finding land and finding a house, and even though we only got the land for now, we are still searching for that new house during this time and im sure jerrold will help us every step of the way. I would recommend him and have done so to anyone that needs a realtor.

Buying and selling a home is a very stressful experience, especially for older people who have been in one place for a while and have accumulated a lot of "stuff". To balance out that stress, those people need a realtor who is reassuring, calm, informative, and above all, AVAILABLE. Jerry Thompson was all of those things for us. He knew what had to be done, and when, and issued reminders when we needed them. Now that we are more or less settled in our new home, we truly appreciate his expertise. Thanks, Jerry!

We have been working with Jerry for a long time. We had to disappoint him a number of times due to unforeseeable circumstances. Both we AND Jerry were somewhat disappointed with the outcome of several "deals" but he stuck by us thru a stressful time and we all made out okay in the end. He really is super nice guy and an incredibly hard worker. We knew his father and worked with him many years ago. Jerry is a credit to his company and his father would be very proud.
