Seller reviewI would really like to thank Jerry for, in my opinion, going above and beyond. After electrical and plumbing issues were repaired, he waited around for the town inspectors to come so we could close out the permits.Then he went to building dept and waited for the passed permits and to pick up the CO certificate. He was present during the buyers home inspection and to answer any concerns that came up. He made the sale my house a very smooth process. I would definitely use and recommend Jerry Tuscano again.
