Hi we've been looking for a house since the Pandemic 2019. Jerry has been beyond helpful, no bullcrap with him. Even though there were times I never thought I get a home. Due to New Yorkers buying up all the good priced ones?. However Jerry never ever gave up on us and for that I will be forever grateful. His knowledge on homes is impeccable, his patience with us unwavering and knowing our tastes so he picked neighborhoods that he knew I and my mom would like. Yes we had a long relationship with our realtor but in the end it was so worth it and now I can proudly say I'm a homeowner ?
