I would 100% recommend Jessica to anybody I know. I'm not sure I have ever met somebody so in tuned with what I was looking for. I could make a little side comment during any of our interactions and she would remember what I had said. If one time I mentioned a characteristic about a house, she would remember that I had said that and point it out in the next house. She is a genuinely nice person while still being tough as nails when dealing with negotiations. Jessica was available to me anytime I had a question (including some late hours). I would send an email late at night not expecting a response until the next day and she would respond right away. She made this process as easy and relaxing as it can be for a first time home buyer. Weeks after my closing and moving, she still reaches out to me to check in things. She goes over and above what I ever would have expected out of a realtor. We were strangers when we started the home buying process and now I would consider her a friend.

My fiancee and I were first time home buyers and were unsure of what to expect when we officially met Jessica Miller. She sat down with us and told us all about herself and we got to know her on a more personal level. I am sure there are some folks out there that just want to sell houses and don't care so much about the comfort of their clients, Jessica was not that way. Jessica truly cared about whether or not we would feel comfortable in a specific house, or if we would be safe in a specific neighborhood. She greeted us with a smile from day one and always had a smile on her face every time we met after that. Not all homebuying adventures are easy and perfect, ours certainly had some hiccups along the way, and whenever we were unsure of what to do in a situation Jessica was there to clean it up for us and offer friendly advice. Jessica may not have had 20+ years of experience but she certainly took charge and made us feel as if she did, and that is an amazing comfort to have while making such an important decision.
