Based on her knowledge of the local markets and neighborhoods, it seems like she has been in the real estate game for years. She is one of the best listeners I have ever worked with, and she adopted a genuine interest in finding the perfect place for me. She was extremely responsive to my questions from start to finish and jumped quickly on new listings. Further, her background in finance was very apparent when it came to negotiations. I would highly recommend Jess to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, and I look forward to working with her again in future transactions.

Buyer reviewI was glad when I found Jessica! After searching for an agent and speaking with several she was the only one that actually listened to what I needed in a new home. It's understandable that you can't always get everything you want in a home but there are somethings that are absolutely necessary. Prior to sending me listings she made sure that the homes we were looking at fully met the must have list. During the transaction her knowledge of the area and market conditions proved to be a valuable asset. I would definitely recommend Jessica to others, and look forward to working with her again in the future!

Buyer reviewThis was our first ever home purchase and to say that we were nervous is an understatement. We met with Jessica Miller for tea to go over everything before going into the process and what to expect. It was a very informative meeting and helped ease our fears quite a bit. Jessica was very professional and friendly and really set out to get to know us and our expectations going into this. She went above and beyond throughout this whole process and I'm so glad she was our realtor for this first home purchase. She was always available for questions and to meet for a home showing. I would highly recommend her! I know who to call when it comes to selling my home in the future.

Jessica was very friendly and very easy to work with from the beginning all the way through the entire experience. She was always willing to meet anywhere and at anytime to help us find the perfect home. She discussed some things to look for and other things to avoid during the process. Jessica was very punctual and quick to respond to our questions, which was extremely nice since houses in Ankeny can be sold in a few minutes. I would definitely use Jessica again!
