When it came time to review offers, she made the entire process completely painless and EASY by creating a document for us that compared each off and how they differed so we could pick the BEST one for us. She kept us informed of what was going on in the background and sent reminders of all the things we needed to do before closing day, so again- making the entire process so easy for us!
