Seller reviewShe was knowledgeable, confident & resourceful. She had names of plumbers, painters & electricians who were kind, professional & didn't overcharge me. Her experience was calming. She was available/attentive. Her idea to choose an amazing photographer was key in my house selling in 18 hrs from an out of town buyer, sight unseen. She followed my contract through past closing. She responded quickly to me when I emailed her a month past closing when I was looking for a package. I feel fortunate that she was referred to me by my son's realtor in Dayton. Professional, polite & never prissy.

Jessica did a wonderful job with understanding what I was looking for in terms of finding us the perfect piece of property. She took the time to answer any and all question we had and she got back to us with an answer in a very timely manner. She was very courteous and kind and she's also very knowledgeable. I will definitely be dealing with her with any future house or land purchases and I would certainly recommend her to anybody looking for amazing realtor. Jessica went above and beyond with her knowledge about all the finer details of the purchase and made sure that I understood everything in the contracts and gave suggestions as needed. It was a great help!
