Jessica was the best selection we could have made. My husband stopped at her office on a whem and from the first property we new Jessica was the realtor for us. She listened to everything we were looking for in a property and never let us down when finding properties. She went to bat for us multiple times throughout the process. Would recommend her and her office to anyone looking for a home. If we ever sell or buy again we will always come back to Jessica and her team.

Jessica was very focused on understanding our needs and preferences. She made more than expected efforts to help us understand the workings of the sales and purchasing in Colorado. Plus, more information on all around requirements needed, i.e... water, taxes, loans, electric and such. She showed on a Sunday, walked the perimeter in the cold and made us feel comfortable all the way through the purchase. Jessica was GREAT! we really like her and her work ethics! Jessica knows what she's doing and, in this day, and age not a lot of people do. She is a professional, we appreciate that. All of the above! Can't say enough good things.

Jessica is approachable and affable. She was so patient and understanding of our worries as we bought the house in Colorado while living in Ohio. She listened to our worries and always helped us stay calm and confident in our purchase. She is a local and has helped us feel welcome in the community as well as offer recommendations for any local things we needed. I would consider her a friend now!

We ended up with Jessica by chance, but from the first phone call and showing I have never been more impressed with a real estate agent! She was excellent! Jessica found us the perfect house. She was very in tune with what we were looking for. In the process we ended up having some difficulties with the mortgage company. It was Jessica's knowledge of not only real estate, but so many other details and in the end .....how to fix a messed up closing caused by the lender. She was superb in handling everything with ease and professionalism. She truly earned an excellent in all areas. I cannot think of one criticism. I have done many real estate deals in my life. She was the best by far.

Jessica Likes answered our inquiry regarding a property listed on Realtor.com. She was prompt, clear and friendly. We found others in the area in which we were interested. She went out of her way to show us homes. We could only view them on Facetime or Zoom as we were in another state. When we came to see homes in person, we had suddenly changed the area in wich we had previously been interested. Jessica found other homes that met our criteria and she organized our tours with enough time to see them all. She was in contact quickly when we made inquiries. Most importantly, just hours before we had to drive back home, we discovered we had overlooked one last promising home. It was late Sunday morning, but we asked if there was any chance we could see the property within the next hour. We didn't think it was possible, and were prepared to be disappointed since this was asking a lot of several people. She managed to get it done. We toured the home, made an offer the next day, and after a few days of negotaitions, it was accepted. She walked us through every aspect of the purchase process, checked on the home in person, and made recommendations for inspections, repairs, and so much I cannot remember it all. She went above and beyond. We highly recommend Jessica! She made it all go smoothly and easily.
