Jessica Likes answered our inquiry regarding a property listed on Realtor.com. She was prompt, clear and friendly. We found others in the area in which we were interested. She went out of her way to show us homes. We could only view them on Facetime or Zoom as we were in another state. When we came to see homes in person, we had suddenly changed the area in wich we had previously been interested. Jessica found other homes that met our criteria and she organized our tours with enough time to see them all. She was in contact quickly when we made inquiries. Most importantly, just hours before we had to drive back home, we discovered we had overlooked one last promising home. It was late Sunday morning, but we asked if there was any chance we could see the property within the next hour. We didn't think it was possible, and were prepared to be disappointed since this was asking a lot of several people. She managed to get it done. We toured the home, made an offer the next day, and after a few days of negotaitions, it was accepted. She walked us through every aspect of the purchase process, checked on the home in person, and made recommendations for inspections, repairs, and so much I cannot remember it all. She went above and beyond. We highly recommend Jessica! She made it all go smoothly and easily.
