Seller reviewAsking Jess to handle this was a no brainer I know her personally through my daughter and knew she would get the job done, There were many twists and turns with this sale. Jess handled it professionally, in a timely manner and kept me informed every step of the way. She was in constant contact with the buyers agent and their lender. I highly recommend Jess as a responsible, professional and very thorough agent.

Seller reviewJessica Maratea did a great job selling my home. She had it on the market quick. We had so much intrest in the home because she marketed it fast. It was almost overwhelming with the amount offers that came in. The photographs she posted of my home almost made me change my mind about selling because my house looked beautiful in the pictures. I'd recommend her to anyone because she responds quick and she was always on top of the paperwork and had all the answers for me. The whole process couldn't have been more easy for me.

Seller reviewNo one tells you that selling a house is literally the most nerve wrecking experience. They of course tell you it's intense but the level of intensity is beyond belief. Jessica was a rock star I definitely drove her insane but she kept her cool and knew that we would see it through. Jessica for one minute didn't lose faith and in her positivity I had no choice but to trust the process. Jessica really hit the nail on the head because she was right we saw it through. Her tactics were so on the money and in my line of business we say scared money makes no money and Jessica was money. She was so on target and her sense of cool was resilient we got this she said. Jessica was right and we saw it through till the end, I wouldn't have done it with out Jessica. We started off as Jessica and Stephanie and ended at The adventures of Carol and Dianne. A true rock star. Century 21 is blessed to have such a dedicated broker as Jessica.

Buyer reviewThey say the most important decisions you will make in life is children, marriage and buying your perfect home to bring it together. With decisions such as this you have to ensure your in the right hands. Not everyone you come across will ensure that your are aware of the do's and don't's there is no real right way just have to be trusting that the people on your team have your best interest. Jessica gave us a sense of relief as we knew she had all of above in our favor. It was never about a sale with Jessica it was about us being comfortable and happy. Jessica had no problem going back and ensuring that we were always in favor. Those things have no price tag or value there priceless. Working with Jessica and Century 21 will always be my first option for all friends and family. Good people are hard to come by so when you have a chance to engage in those relationships you can't give them up.
