To whom this may concern: Jessica Maratea is the best real estate broker I have ever worked with. That is saying a lot since I have bought many homes , worked with many real estate agents and I was an agent in NY state. What makes her so good. Well she knows her market, she is great with clients and she knows the law too. Thanks to her we are getting $90,000 more than we originally thought. I picked a agency without any knowledge of an agent or the company, I just called the office and Jessica picked up. So there wasn't any recomendation, just luck. I told her where the property was , what condition it was in , and I said I thought it was worth about $150,000. Jessica thought there was something terribly wrong with the house to ask that price. So she said "WE could do much better than that , but just to be sure let me talk to some people & see if I have this right. When she came back the next day she said " I believe that we can get at least $200,000 to $250,000.. So I said OK we will go for that. In no time she had everything together and she put it on the market. The first day we had 17 people and a few offers… It was amazing. Everyday she got something else accomplished. To be honest , I am not sure anyone did anything other than Jessica. Then the first lender fell apart. Jessica had everything together to move to the next lender and they did the whole process in about a week. She always kept me informed, she talked to the lender , the clients and the lawyers. I know , the agent isn't suppose to get involved with all these people but if Jessica hadn't done this we would have never gotten to a closing. The best part is we got a offer for $245,000 all cash.
