Her communications were always timely and clear. Jessica fully understood my needs and financial situation. She was always available to answer any questions that I might have had. She skillfully worked with all the parties involved. Her attitude was always pleasant and positive. I would work with Jessica again if I was ever thinking about buying another house. I will be turning 80 years young in a few months. Jessica has the ability to understand the needs of a widowed senior citizen in regards to downsizing. She found several houses that would have met my needs. Once I decided on which one I one I wanted she took the steps which enabled me to buy that house. I would certainly recommend Jessica Shepard to any person considering purchasing a new home.
