Seller reviewFrom start to finish Jessica's service was nearly flawless. She was easy to reach and did a great job communicating essential information. When there was a hiccup (not her fault) she informed me immediately and was very forthcoming about the situation. Because she handle the situation well, it was resolved very quickly to the satisfaction of all parties. Jessica has a solid knowledge of the real estate market and has great marketing ideas! I highly recommend her whether you are buying or selling a home!

Seller reviewI know maybe I shouldn't put Excellent for all, as we can all do better, but I really don't know what Jess, could have done to make the process any more seamless then it was. She was right on top of things, calling and texting me even on Sundays. If I had an issue or a question, Jess responded immediately. I really have nothing less then excellent to give her.

Seller reviewAfter reading the agent's bio, it indicated to me that Jessica Shepard was a self-starter, go-getter who accomplished things - family, education, job etc. In my phone intro with her, I was even more convinced that she had the knowledge, energy and attitude to bring the property to a closing sale. She was highly responsive throughout the transaction, not easy with a long-distance owner. Strongly recommend Jessica to other prospective clients.
