I live in Sioux City with my husband, Nolan, and our three kids. My personality can be best described as very outgoing, unique, and motivated. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, cooking, camping, and spending time with family.
For several years, I co-ran a successful coupon blog that drew national followers. The blog even landed a morning TV slot with a local news station. Today, I leverage that social media marketing experience by helping manage Facebook pages for local charity thrift shops and similar stores. I take great delight in assisting others.

Something unique about her is if she hasn't looked through a house a client want to see she waits to look along with you. This way she get's to experience and react right along with you. We found this super helpful in reading her reactions and feeding off of them. When we looked at the two houses we were debating about, she was eager and ready to help guide us in our decision. Buyer reviewOh where do I start? Jessica is a true spirit and great realtor. I didn't know her too well until we actually met up in person to start looking at houses. She is very knowledgable, flexible and open minded. As a first time home buyer I was transitioning from a small town environment to the big city life; she ran me through where the best places where and what was available in my budget. There where times where I had to set up appointments on the weekends and she totally came through for me. A lot of people don't do this and that showed me she was a dedicated and goal orientated individual. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home wether its there first or there last. She's honest and a lot of people aren't like that. Thank you again Jessica!
