We were visiting our daughter in Central Florida and we knew we wanted to be closer to her and start looking for a place to retire. Not really familiar with the area we knew we needed to contact a realtor to start our search. We googled "realtors" and Jessica Stone's name was one of the first names that popped up so we called her. It was fate and we hit the Lottery getting her as our agent. Over the 2 plus years our needs changed from house to condo, back to a house and then COVID hit. We lived 3000 miles away and Jessica was always quick to respond and stay in touch. As our needs changed, she was very patient, understanding, and attentive to all of our needs. She took the time to get to know us and truly understand and respect our needs. She is not just our agent, she has become a true friend. We ended up buying a brand new home and Jessica continued to see us through the entire process making sure we were taken care of and that all of our questions were answered.

Jessica was a true professional throughout the entire process, and definitely worked to get the best deal for me. She went above and beyond to help me get the house sold. I will recommend Jessica Stone to any of my friends should they decide to sell their home. I feel that Jessica understood my desire to sell my home and helped me understand each step in the process. Great group to work with from the first day i contacted Jessica until the cash was in my account!

Jessica is incredible. She isn't a typical realtor. I couldn't mean that more. She impresses the importance of the sale every day as if it's the most important part of her day. She checks every box, embraces every obstacle and puts her heart and soul in 100%. I work in the home building industry and Jessica will be referred to any person that I come across for selling or buying. Honestly, it's a tragedy that there are other realtors out there that aren't Jessica.
