Seller reviewJessica Tremonti exceeded our expectations. She did a great job in explaining all aspects of the buying AND selling processes, and helped to ensure we got what we needed in a timely manner. She was very patient with me when I had some anxious moments throughout the process; always reassuring and providing explanations. I personally really appreciate her attentiveness and response times (not to mention the excellent online marketing, which is CRUCIAL!). I think those qualities helped to ensure that I sold my home within 3 weeks of listing, and also made sure we closed on both the sale of my home and the purchase of a new home in the shortest amount of time possible. I highly recommend working with Jessica on your next real estate transaction!

She was responsive, available, and kept me up to date with any changes that may have taken place. She provided me all the resources at her disposal which was very important to me for my first rental property investment. From trusted inspectors, lease arrangements, and general tips of value that she has accumulated from doing this herself. She not only sells homes but she is an active participant in rental properties so she knows her craft as a practitioner as well. I will continue to use and work with Jessica in the future.
