Her attention to detail and marketing skills are impeccable! We could not have asked for a better agent! We faced many unforeseen challenges during our selling and buying process and Jessica kept us informed regularly, was very kind and patient, went above and beyond to speed anything up, always replied to any questions or concerns within a timely manner, and was just overall incredible to work with! She was responsive, available, and kept me up to date with any changes that may have taken place. She provided me all the resources at her disposal which was very important to me for my first rental property investment. From trusted inspectors, lease arrangements, and general tips of value that she has accumulated from doing this herself. She not only sells homes but she is an active participant in rental properties so she knows her craft as a practitioner as well. I will continue to use and work with Jessica in the future.
