Seller reviewMy father passed away and I needed to sell his home in Allen Park. I live in Traverse City and was overwhelmed with everything that needed to be done to sell the house. I was looking for someone who could handle everything from a fair appraisal, navigating inspections, facilitating necessary repairs, assisting with donations of contents of the house and all of the showings and closing. Jessica did it all and made the process very easy. The house sold in four days and everything moved along very smoothly through the closing.
