Jill is a great realtor. Her knowledge is amazing and she does everything on your behalf to get the best result possible on the sale of your home. She is not pushy, but she is honest and she is a great listener. She is very patient and extremely flexible with her schedule. She was so helpful with the sale of our home helping us determine what needed to be done in order to sell and what is not important and would be a waste of time and resources. There was a slight issue with our appraisal that we never knew about because Jill took care of it. We found out a few days before closing and we just thanked her. She is fair with sale price and she also listens to what you want and works with you. We were so excited after working with her for almost 4 years to finally sell our home with her and have her for the purchase of our new home. We will recommend Jill to everyone and use her again in the future if needed

I was referred to Jill Coenen by a few coworkers who had nothing but great things to say! After selling house and buying a house through Jill, I am very happy with Jill's dedication to her clients. Jill was very honest, devoted, and efficient. I was nervous to sell my house because it was small and only appealed to certain people. I thought for sure it was going to sit on the market for a long time. With Jills efficiency and dedication though, we had offers rolling in on the first day it hit the market! I want to thank Jill for the prompt texts, calls, and emails to all my questions! (Some way too late at night!) Jill Coenen made selling/buying stress free and easy! We originally started working with Jill three years ago. We saw a house we liked online and Jill was the representing realtor. For three years we went back and forth with buying a home and finding the right location and home. Jill was extremely patient and always willing to show us anything we found. Finally we found a home we both love and it's because of Jill. She is so knowledgeable and helped put my mind at ease with many questions and concerns on this purchase. She is honest, and listens to the needs of her clients. Jill goes above and beyond to get you where you want to be with selling and/or home buying. Jill is knowledgeable about the workings if a house, considerate, helpful. Gives great driving directions. Works very, very hard. Still is working after the sale with follow up questions and providing phone numbers. Our dryer it turns out didn't have a breaker for the electric dryer! Even though the previous owner had both electric and a gas dryer! Husband was down to two boxers! I am disabled. So it is a mini crisis for us. There is not enough great words in the alphabet to use for this woman. She IS IN HER CALLING just as l was taking care of people in a healthcare facility. She does care and wants you to find the right home! And she loves her job!
