Buyer reviewOur journey to purchase a cottage on a lake took 10 years and Jill was by our side all the way. To make matters more challenging, we live in Florida so we relied on Jill to forward properties that met our criteria and our changing price points along the way. Jill was extremely flexible in coordinating our travel to facilitate many showings; several of which were very short notice. We cannot thank Jill enough for her patience and perserverance as our price points changed ultimately culminating in a successful purchase. Seller reviewWe found Jill when we were buying our first house 11 years ago. How fortunate we were! She has been the best for buying a house, twice over, and selling our house as well. It sold in under a week. For over asking. She knows the market, has an impeccable eye and idea of what a house is worth, and is a joy to work with. The first time we worked with her, it was a great experience. The second time, I now consider her the only realtor I will ever work with. Don't use some random realtor as favor to family or a friend. Work with Jill and she becomes your lifelong friend.

Her communication skills are excellent, and she is always accessible. It took a while, and Jill had to work hard to sell our place in a difficult market, but she did what was needed to get it done.
