Jill is amazing!!!! She is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We looked more or less a year, she was patient and understanding. I never felt pushed to pick just any house. She knew what we wanted and guided us on the right path. I would highly recommend her to anyone shopping.

One of my husbands work friends spoke so highly of Jill, and once we started working with her we could understand why! She was so amazing and really went above and beyond for us, and continued to be a great help as we settled in, even after the sale was done. That is so important for a first time homebuyer, and we appreciated it so much. Jill was always available to talk and made time for us, even though I am sure she had a million things going on. Jill was the realtor of a house we wanted to see. We set up a showing with her. Once we met her we knew we found our realtor. Jill was enthusiastic about meeting us and getting to know our housing needs. She listened and asked the right questions to find out exactly what we needed for our family. Jill was extremely knowledgable about structural and safety concerns associated with a house. She pointed out things we needed to he aware of which we really appreciated since neither my husband or myself are well versed in home construction. After our first encounter with Jill we knew we were in good hands! Jill has 100% the buyers best interest at heart! She made sure everything was in order, unschedule, and in our best interest! We have 4 children. Of course they were excited to be a part of the home buying experience and searching for the perfect house. At times, the kids were a little too excited but Jill was always patient and kind with the children! There were times we were overwhelmed and stressed, not with the process but with our own insecurities; which house should we choose, what if we make the wrong choice, how do we know when we found the one, etc.... Jill always knew what to say to comfort our worries and they were sincere. She became a friend through the process. I completely trusted her opinions when it came to the best interest of my family even if it wasn't exactly what I wanted to hear. Jill was upfront and honest and truly on a mission to find a home perfect for our needs! We gave her our budget and she always showed us homes within our means. We put our trust in Jill to assist us in selling our home in a crazy fast moving market where we had purchased our new home with Jill's assistance before we even listed our old home. Jill was on top of the market like no one else and assisted in selling our home with the proper advice for 20% more than what we would have listed for sale by owner! I was told by many family and friends that said "why pay a realtor in this market, save the commission ." We ignored that advice and put our trust in Jill. Jill was available almost 24-7! She stayed late, always responded promptly to questions way beyond a normal work day schedule. We feel what we paid to have Jill work for us was not only appropriate, but a bargain! Working with Jill netted us more than we would have on our own. The time she put into meeting our needs and answering our questions was beyond expectations. We recommended Jill to our neighbors who close on their house this week! Thank you Jill!
