I think we are very fortunate to live in Northeastern Wisconsin. Wonderful communities, four seasons, neighbors who still know each other's names…Happy Valley! Seller reviewWe purchased our first home with Jill over 12 years ago and when we bought a new home this year we made the mistake of not reaching out to her to represent us. We went with a family friend and learned very quickly that not all agents are created equally! When it came time to list our old home for sale, Jill was the only agent that we considered because we knew how accessible and responsive she would be based on our previous experience with her, and she did not disappoint. From the strategy conversations that we had pre-listing, all the way through the day of closing, Jill was always available and responded to calls and texts within minutes--this was especially critical for us after our property experienced water damage prior to closing and she was able to refer us to a highly qualified restoration team and help us communicate with our buyers to keep the deal moving along. Without Jill's expertise and responsiveness it would have been extremely difficult for us to navigate the complications that came from this unexpected event.
