She talked to me initially about my requirements, we worked through her strategy for pricing and selling the home, and with my approval she made it happen. There was some unanticipated problems, but Jill took the initiative and had solutions in motion before the end of the day. I can't recommend her highly enough. Jill handled everything very professionally, she was knowledgeable of the specific property and the local market. She helped me greatly thru the process by recommending local resources to: 1) do the inspection 2) provide estimates for repairs needed to fix the property 3) locate insurance agent(s) 4) put me in contact with sources of financing 5) advised me thru closing 6) has followed up even after the sale. Jill was fantastic. We had lots of "twists and turns" to deal with especially in the area of financing and Jill worked with me thru the process very well. I really needed her her to navigate the requirements for purchasing a property in LA. I have bought and sold dozens of properties and companies over the years and Jill was by far the best experience I have ever worked with. This was one time when I was very happy to pay for a realtor and I would do it again and again if I had the change to work with Jill again.
