Buyer reviewI originally tried contacting two others realtors before Jill. The first one never replied and the second didn't try to get into contact with me until about two weeks after Jill. She was very quick to get back to me. Jill was informative about contractors, what kind of wood and cabinets were used in the home. what would meet our needs and would be close to a good school and have a fairly easy commute to my husband's job. She would point out areas that might need updating, if their was wear that was hard to see over video since we checked out houses via messenger. She knew where we wanted our payments and what type of neighborhood we wanted and I felt she heard what we were asking and found us homes to match. If I had questions about how to negotiate for the house and closing cost she was very helpful and confident. I do hope that when we decide to sale that we can have Jill to help us. I trust her to be open and upfront about the process as she was helping us find a home. She made sure all inspections were done and had recommendations for anything I needed such as options for lawn care service and locksmiths.

I was out of state but she helped ensure a smooth buying process that made me feel confident I was getting the house I needed sight unseen. She also helped put me in contact with local businesses to ensure that the home makeover items I wanted to complete. Will definitely use her again and recommend to any soldiers that need to buy/ sell a property in the area!

She has helped us out in different ways since we aren't physically in Louisiana yet. She's been extremely helpful and knowledgeable in buying our house.
