Jill made the sales process easy and comfortable. Her knowledge and skills shown through in all aspects of the selling process. Jill was quick with responses and always professional. Jill went above and beyond for us as it seems she does for all of her clients. Jill is a great mixture of professional and yet down to earth and personable. She takes the time to listen to your wants and needs and always follows through with what she says. It was a pleasure to work with Jill both times we have used her to list properties. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. We appreciated Century 21 Steve Delia & Associates and the accommodations they made for us as we had to move out of state in the middle of the sale of two of our homes. The company made arrangements to provide power of attorney to us so that there was no delay in the sale of our homes.

She was much more professional than the buyers agent, always knowing what to do and fighting to represent her client all the way through the process. The effort she put forth was evident with her communication with me all the way until closing made me absolutely confident that she got me everything I could have.
