Seller reviewThis is the second property Jill Hartke has helped me sell and I wish there there were a higher rating option than excellent because Jill Hartke deserves magnificent. Jill's communication was superb and even with a few bumps with the buyer, Jill Hartke was on top of the situation and it was resolved quickly and the closing proceeded. Buyer reviewIf you have the opportunity to work with Jill, we recommend you take it. She makes the house hunting process fun but more importantly she is also very knowledgeable on things to look out for. I have watched HGTV most of my life and knew a lot of things to look out for, however, her knowledge helped me see things I wouldn't have normally seen. Once we narrowed the houses down to two she helped us figure out the best plan to help narrow it down to one. Her knowledge of the addendum process and home warranty options really helped us during our home buying process. Jill also introduced us to Victoria Adkins which is who helped us get the correct funding we needed to buy our first home. We can't thank her (and Halea) enough for all they have done to make our first home buyers experience one that we definitely won't forget! We will definitely recommend them to anyone we knew looking for a great agent in the home buying process.
