Seller reviewWhen we purchased this property some 7 plus years ago, we told Jill that we would use her as our agent if we ever sold it looking for something else. That alone should tell you what a positive experience it is working with her. And here we are 7 years later, Jill helped us tremendously in selling this property and finding another. We hit a couple of snags during the sale which she was quick to address and resolve. She is well respected in the real estate community, and if you choose to work with her you'll know why.

Seller reviewThis is the second time I usedJill in 4 years.Both times were for sales of estates in my family. Theses are not eay things to go through and I live out of state further complicating matters. She helped me by getting professional cleaners and carpet cleaners into the property. She would go in and check on the property periodically and change the thermostat temperature as the weather dictated. This took a big worry off of my shoulders being out of state. She was always easy to reach and responded to me quickly. This was a long dran out sale because of the type of property it was and the condition it was in. I never felt pressured in making the decisions I had to make in this process. In the end I felt we got the best price e could under our circumstances. As a single, older woman, I highly encourage you touse Jill s you will be treated with the knowledge, courtesy and respect you deserve.

They have been our family's realtors for many years helping close family members buy and sell homes, relocations, etc. Four years ago they helped me navigate the process of buying my first home. Taking that first step to buy a house can be scary and unfamiliar, but with their knowledge and experience - they were ready to walk me through the process, get me settled in a home that I now hold so many great memories, and they even held my new puppy (at the time) while I signed the closing documents! There was no question who I would trust to help me with the new unfamiliar, selling my home! Highly recommend Jill and Halea Hartke!
