Seller reviewI have worked with Jill on two personal deals and this was our second professional deal. Jill has never disappointed. When you work with Jill, you don't have to constantly question what needs to be done next because she has the entire process under control. Her advice is spot on. She guides the process from start to finish. Buying and selling real estate is one of the most stressful processes in life. Doing this with the wrong agent is a nightmare. Doing this process with Jill leaves you confident that every step of the process is handeled. I would advise anyone who is buying or selling a property to not take the process of finding an agent lightly. There are a lot of agents that I've dealt with that were not professional and made a lot of mistakes along the way. This is not an area in your life that you want to leave in the hands of just anyone. It can cost you a lot more than just money. I would highly recommend Jill to anyone with the greatest of confidence.

Seller reviewWhat started out as a quick process, was delayed by the buyer. Jill stayed positive the whole way through. Through her hard work, I was able to sell the house for more than the asking price due to her determination to get me the best offer. We got a new buyer after the original one fell through. But before we closed that deal, she went back to the original buyer, and they were still interested in the house. They offered $20,000 more than the other buyer and we took this offer and once they got approval on the loan, it closed quickly.
