Seller reviewI can't imagine working with anyone other than Jill Rubino on the sale of the property. Having previously used her for the purchase of a house by another family member, we always knew that at some point we would be working with her again. In mid-August she reached out to say the market conditions were right, and walked us through every step of the sales process, from advising what needed to be cleaned up, moved out, etc., and what furniture could remain while showing the property, recommending contractors for repairs, etc.. She was there for us every time there was a question, problem, etc. Professional, but more importantly cares about her clients as people. When it came to selling this property and working with us, there is no one I would have rather had on our side than Jill. Always asked about my uncle who owned the property, asked about my family and how we were all holding up through the process, before ever talking about the actual process and where things stood. So wonderful to have her care about the people before the property. In my opinion, you won't find anyone better to work with than Jill Rubino. She truly cares about her clients as people first, and clients second.

Jill always made herself available to talk and we greatly appreciate her patience, understanding, and kindness through it all. She is a very knowledgeable realtor and knows the market extremely well, but what we valued the most in working with her is how genuine she was. You can tell that Jill has a passion for real estate but also strives to make sure her clients are happy/comfortable throughout the entire process. Jill has nothing but the best intentions for her clients and we would recommend anyone looking to buy or sell – to have a conversation with her; it'll be one of your best decisions.

While looking for houses, she always was able to make herself available when something popped up and even get us showings at the last minute. She helped us know what to expect when bidding and how to bid effectively. Jill was able to communicate well with the sellers which helped us on next steps. Her experience and relationships also guided us as we moved further in the buying process, from inspections, to finding an attorney, to making sure everything was in line for our mortgage approval. We felt comfortable with her representing us and knowing she had our best interest in mind. We are very happy with our experience with Jill and would love to work with her again in the future!
