Buyer reviewJillian patiently and diligently supported and guided us through this process for over a year and by listening and really paying attention, she was key to helping us discover what we did AND what we didn't want so that we could/would recognize the perfect match when it finally came along and never tried to force it. Who knew that it would take over a year of looking before the stars aligned? With the help of Jillian (and her team), we were able to see our perfect match within 15 hrs of it even listing, and we had an accepted offer in less than 2 days. House hunting with Jillian was fun and she and her team made the entire closing process pain free. The Jillian's team was like a well oiled machine. Zach kept the schedule humming and was helpful with getting answers. Joanne went above and beyond to get us into the house ASAP. (I hate naming names because I know that I will forget someone.) AWESOME TEAM! We have found our forever home, but if we ever were to be in the market again, we would contact Jillian in a heartbeat Thank you, Jillian, for being instrumental in helping us find our match made in heaven!

I found Jillian's name through a local Facebook investment group. I am incredibly happy that I did. We scheduled a trip to tour some properties, and Jillian had everything laid out for us so that we could see different options. While we thought we knew what we wanted, she was able to offer out other alternatives, and one of her options ended up being perfect for us.
