It was initially contacted by Terri Lee London in Charleston. At the time, we were considering Charleston, Beaufort and Murrells Inlet as possibilities for a relocation from Oregon. Terri Lee was awesome, And we would have used her as our agent if we had decided to live in Charleston. Once we narrowed our search to the grand strand, Terri Lee asked me to contact Jillian. Jillian was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Because of her experience and connections in real estate, we were able to get an amazing home 5 minutes from the beach. She and her team were fantastic through the process.

My wife and I were buying from out of state and I had not known Jillian prior to finding her Agency online. From our first phone conversation she was very receptive to our needs and on several occasions changed her schedule to accommodate us. Whether it was a text message or phone conversation she always replied promptly and her attitude was always fantastic. I would highly recommend Jillian, you will not be disappointed.

Jillian was absolutely fantastic. Best Realtor I've ever had. When we started looking for a condo, I had never even heard of the condotel concept. She taught us all about it. She was patient and really listened to us. By the end of it she knew exactly what we liked and wouldn't like in a unit and knew us well enough to make inside jokes about stuff. She spent extra time digging into HOA agreements and researching pet policies to help us find our perfect place. She knew the area really well and offered great recommendations for inspectors and the like. There were multiple times where she guided us on what to do next and preemptively answered questions we didn't even know we had. She was always prompt and professional in all communications and I never felt like one-of-many customers. Even though I'm sure I was and I imagine others transactions were probably worth more than what we were looking at. I really couldn't have asked for a better Realtor. Can't think of a single complaint or thing I'd change. If we ever need services again, without a doubt I'll be contacting her. One other short note -- one of the Closing People that works with Jillian -- Joanne also rocks. Extreme attention to detail. Prompt. Drives things to resolution and goes above and beyond to hunt things down when HOAs and other people won't respond to phone calls and similar.
