I had high expectations before meeting Jim based off this, and he exceeded them throughout the house buying process. He was very thoughtful and communicative, which I appreciated as a first time home owner. He always made sure to point out things while touring the home and explained critical things to look for that I never considered. Jim was very flexible during the process and always made himself available to answer questions and update offers. He always put my wife and I first, and we never felt pressured while looking for a home. I would strongly recommend Jim to anyone looking for a home in Hamilton County.

Jim was very timely in his correspondences and showed utmost professionalism. He took time to understand the needs and catered to it appropriately. The home buying process as stressful as it is in itself, having Jim really helped making the process easy and seamless. Would recommend Jim to family and friends and would use him again when in the market for another home.

He's easy to talk to, answered just about every question we had and if he didn't know the answer he had no problems recommending someone to us who had the answer.
