When listing our house, Jim provided his guidance and suggestions and we had open and honest deliberation on all parts of our listing. I got Jim Haynes' name through a mom's group on Facebook and the first time we spoke I knew I would use him. He was polite, engaging, friendly and knowledgeable. He helped walk me through the entire process and answered any question I had. He took my somewhat chaotic phone calls and helped me hone in on what I wanted which helped us locate the area of town I wanted to be in. I enjoyed working with Jim and will use him again in the future when I buy/sell property. I would highly recommend him to anyone because he really listens to you and takes the time to understand what you want and then helps you achieve that goal.
