Seller reviewThe property Joan put on the market for me is beautiful land but in very poor condition. She did not seem afraid or reluctant to take up the challenge. I got the impression, without spending much time with her, that she was experienced with real estate, and as a result I was confident in my decision to hire her. I quickly realized that she would communicate with me when she had information to share/or needed, and since I was the same way, I think it added to the respect we had for each other. Joan is professional without being pushy. Joan is friendly. I was not familiar with the real estate business so I had to rely on her advice and insights to educate me. She didn't disappointment me.

Joan made the sale of my home easy. She was always there to take the stress out of every situation. There were times we had several offers and or escrow issues. Joan handled everything in a timely manor with true professionalism. I feel that Joan always had my back and watched out for me the entire time my home was on the market. She helped me understand all paperwork and contracts and answered all my questions and concerns. Joan was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend her to all my friends and family.
