Seller reviewSale of our property was complicated by the few comparables, difficulty in obtaining fire insurance, changes in the realtor commission rules, delay in interest rate reduction and an election. Joan Irish persevered, recommended changes in strategy, kept in contact with potential buyers and got the job done for a reasonable price.
