Buyer review

Without her diligence and understanding of many processes of the real estate transfer his sale would never have been completed. She led the way in both locating and negotiating a right of way across a third party property to be able to complete this deal. She stayed the course in contacting other parties at the appropriate times without being seen as pestering very busy people in a complicated time in our society. Her professionalism in doing this kept progress flowing toward our timeline target with all parties enjoying what could have been a very frustrating deal.

Joann had to work with 5 people who live at different places with different opinions about things. She was very prompt with everything, keeping everyone immediately informed of everything that was happening and all communications between the sellers and between the sellers and the buyers. She negotiated an excellent result. The sale and closing were quick, simple, and smooth thanks to her close attention to detail, tact, skill, and promptness..
