Seller reviewJoann was with me every step of the way- all the ups and downs of my property taking longer than we expected to sell due to the pandemic. She listened when we had concerns and put me at ease. The process of selling in general I found out is very hard with all the showings and cleaning and upkeep but having someone that has your back for the paperwork part is obviously great. I would recommend her to anyone because she is very by the book yet genuinely caring about her clients and I like that, I felt confident sending counters that it would be in my best interest to listen to her advice and opinion.
