I would recommend Joanne Chergey to all my friends and family. She was polite, courteous, knowledgable and always available when I needed her. We looked at many homes and she never made me feel like I was taking up too much of her time. I truly believe she wanted me to be happy with the location and the home. I didn't make that easy for her. I chose a small area to search in with a certain budget to work with. She found the home and I'm very happy. When searching for a home Joanne checked things out better than I did. In fact, the home I just bought had an issue that even the home inspector did not see she pointed it out to him and asked many questions. I was impressed that she was concerned for me. After the inspection I was still concerned about the issue and Joanne made arrangements for me to go back in the house with someone that I would feel comfortable with contractor etc. Joanne made me feel like it was important to her that I was happy and that I was getting a fair deal when purchasing a home.
