Buyer reviewBuying a non-typical hard to find house in a competitive sellers market is not an easy task. Finding a real estate professional that can support you in the process is equally hard. I was lucky to meet Joanne Chergey in a second attempt to find a local real estate agent. Something that would be self educated guesswork with her help became fully informed decision I was totally comfortable with. As a result of that I was able to find and buy a better house in a shorter time frame than it was realistic to expect given my circumstances.

We are both in our early twenties and Joanne did a great job of treating us like adults and never getting annoyed or burned out no matter how many properties we looked at (20+). All 13 offers were incredibly written and her knowledge and experience with different types of loans and properties helped us greatly. We cant wait to work with Joanne again!
