We listed our home just as the COVID19 pandemic exploded. This was uncharted territory for all of us. Jodi was a rock of support through the through the ups and downs of that event. She has a great sense of humor and we had a lot of fun working with her even with the COVID19 drama. We felt she was a very honest, reliable, hard-working, respectful person.

From a fast and useful market analysis turnaround, to helpful staging tips, to a professional listing with great photos, she did anything we needed to make to process of selling fast and painless. From the time we first contacted her, I think it was less than a week until our house was ready for listing, and then just 4 days from listing until we had a signed purchase agreement. We highly recommend Jodi, as through her work you can tell that she cares about making things flow smoothly and super easy for you. She wants to get you the best sale possible, as fast as possible, and with as little trouble as possible. We've already recommended her to a friend, and will continue to do so whenever anybody we know is looking to buy or sell. We wouldn't hesitate a second to use her again ourselves, but she got us into our "forever" home after we sold my previous home, so it will be a long time until we need a realtor again.
