Seller reviewJodi Olson did a great job selling our house. She communicated with us as soon as information became available. There were issues with the house that she addressed right away and definitely helped the property sell a few days after going on the market. An unforeseen problem with the house after closing was handled immediately by bringing buyer, seller and a contractor to the house on a holiday weeekend. The result was a quick and reasonable solution that satisfied all parties. Her pricing of the property was correct which also helped the quick sale. We highly regard her skills and enthusiasm as a realtor.

Seller reviewJodi was asked to sell my Dad's property in Cloquet, and we warned her that he, at 95 years old, could be difficult to deal with. However, she charmed him and knew exactly what to say and do. Everything she did was absolutely timely and professional. She had several family members to deal with and communicated with us seamlessly. We wouldn't use anyone other than Jodi when selling a property.
