Seller reviewJodi was recommended by a friend of mine who is also an Century 21 agent. I was an out of state seller of an estate property. Jodi was knowledgeable about the area and pricing. What she didn't know about estate sales she quickly asked and found the answers. We had problems that came up during the listing time, i.e. furnace motor went out, water pipe burst, and Jodi was willing and able to help me with the long distance management of getting things done. She was patient with me as I kept pushing for the price I thought was fair and we got it. Definitely would recommend Jody to sell your property.

We moved out of town and she would check on our home, make sure it was ready when we had a showing and help us with a name of a young man to take care of our lawn. It was very stressful to have a home sitting empty and Jody checking on our home made it easier. She gave us great advice to make our home more appealing to buyers.
