A year after the purchase of the home my boyfriend passed away and I had to sell the house. I called Jodie and she went above and beyond to help me sell the house. She even helped with some clean up knowing how devastated I was. She is a wonderful person, realtor and friend. I would recommend her to anyone that is buying or selling a home in this area. I can not say enough about Jodie. All realtors should be like Jodie in all aspects. Jodie helped me with the perfect price for the home. I got a offer from first person to look at it and we were in contract within 2 days. Because Jodie is so professional things went quick and smooth.

Buyer reviewBuying a house can be a very stressful time, but Jodie made it a pleasant experience from start to finish. She made us feel like we were her only clients. Jodie has gone above and beyond for my parents and our family of four. She went out of her way on several occasions and those were just the times I knew of :) Jodie thought to ask questions that didn't even cross my mind. I have no reservation in saying that she is the best and stands above the rest. We highly recommend her!!!

Jody showed compassion d/t the fact we were selling my Mothers house after her passing...that meant a lot to me. Jodie is very knowledgable with the negotiation process and walked me through it all. I could not be more satisfied with the entire selling experience. The house sold very quickly and she kept me updated on showings and the feedback from those showings. She was a delight to work with. I will call Jodie when I an ready to buy a house in the near furture!!
