Seller reviewJoe lives in the condos and sends out e-mails and letters, he is constantly working for his clients and has very good results for them. He truly cares and was very helpful to us. We had the first contract within days of listing, it fell through and he had another contract within 7 days, that contract fell through and he had a final contract that same day, outstanding!!! Joe was always in contact and helpful, we live in Birmingham and Joe would make sure that the condo was locked up and everything was off when other agents would show the place. He went above and beyond what was expected. Outstanding results, could not be more pleased with Joe Curlette, would recommend him and century 21 Meyer reality to anyone. Web listing was great, drone video and photos were excellent.
