When I first spoke with Joe Curlette he was very friendly and put me at ease as a client. I felt very comfortable with him within the first few minutes. I had never experienced that with a realtor before. I was tired from my move from Las Vegas. Joe knew what I wanted. I was willing to "settle" on a property and Joe steered me in the direction I really wanted to go in. As a result I eventually found the perfect land to build my dream house on. But Joe didn't stop there, he actually found me a better builder then I had and as a result I now have a perfect house built by a wonderful contractor, Edmond Motes of Eval Alann Homes. I couldn't be happier! WOW it seems like he's perfect but he really was! He was very patient with me. He really got to know me and what I wanted and therefore was able to effectively manage both myself and the sale. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. I would highly recommend him to everyone thinking of buying a house.

Joe lives in the condos and sends out e-mails and letters, he is constantly working for his clients and has very good results for them. He truly cares and was very helpful to us. We had the first contract within days of listing, it fell through and he had another contract within 7 days, that contract fell through and he had a final contract that same day, outstanding!!! Joe was always in contact and helpful, we live in Birmingham and Joe would make sure that the condo was locked up and everything was off when other agents would show the place. He went above and beyond what was expected. Outstanding results, could not be more pleased with Joe Curlette, would recommend him and century 21 Meyer reality to anyone. Web listing was great, drone video and photos were excellent.
