Buyer reviewWe were highly pleased with Joe and his willingness to help us resolve having the seller share in the expense of replacing the A/C equipment after it failed on closing day. Joe agreed to be the "middle-man" between us and the seller as we pursued getting the equipment replaced at the expense of the seller when we learned the A/C equipment had been repaired for leaks on several instances prior to closing. The end result was that the seller agreed to pay the vast majority of the replacement expense, thanks to Joe's efforts.
