Joe is excellent at what he does. He quickly gathers comps for competitive pricing. He tells you exactly what you need to do to showcase your home and has contacts to help get it all done. He has professional photography at no cost to you for the listing. He has the contacts and clientele to sell your home quickly. I left on a previously scheduled vacation (scheduled way before knowing I'd be selling, and just so happened it was scheduled right in the middle of finishing a remodel and hitting the market). Joe took care of it all. It was under contract before I got back home and could focus on packing instead of keeping it looking prestine WHILE packing

Joe went above and beyond. He knew what was important for me in a home. He thought about areas that would be good for me and my situation. I was able to look at houses in a timely manner and submit competitive offers. There was no pressure to put in offers once I saw properties. The house I bought wasn't on my radar, but he knew it would be a great fit. Once I decided to put it under contract the process was seamless. He handled all the communications with the seller and kept me up to date with what was happening.
