I am in the Army and I was moving from NC to Texas, I needed a place to live and instead of renting he suggested I perhaps buy so I can eventually own, good idea. He helped me along the way so much! Joe is very knowledgable about all aspects of the sales transaction. He did a great job of watching what other properties in the area were for sale, how they were priced and how ours compared. We decided to hold off listing ours until the closest comp sold to reduce competition and help us justify a higher price if it sold close to asking. Turned out to be a great strategy.
